Appointment Policy
- A 5-minute grace period is allowed for all scheduled appointments.
- Applicants are allowed one complimentary reschedule.
- Any additional missed appointments or no-shows may result in removal from the onboarding process.
- Failure to respond to communications or complete required steps may result in your application being closed.

As an independent contractor:
- You choose from available client opportunities.
- Client pay typically ranges from $10–$18 per hour, depending on the opportunity.
- Taxes are not withheld from your earnings.
- You are responsible for providing your own equipment, internet service, and workspace.
- Pay schedules and client-specific information are provided during onboarding and certification.
